Return equipment guidelines and procedures

• All purchased are deemed final and non-returnable and non-refundable unless the equipment suffered damage during shipping. In which case, you should contact a Customer Service Representative at 877.336.6539 to receive a Return of Goods Authorization (RMA) form.

• Credit for returned merchandise will be issued once the equipment is received at Buy Used Coolers facility and verified to comply with our Returned Merchandise Guideline and Procedures. It typically takes between 5-7 business days upon receipt of the merchandise for a buyer credit. Buyer credit will be issued in the form of the original payment method.
